David M. Gonzalez, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Gonzalez is a native of San Antonio and Texas. He completed his medical education locally at the University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School at San Antonio in 1980 before entering the United States Army. His army career spanned 21 years of dedicated service before retiring as a Colonel.
He held many highly ranked positions such as Chief of Orthopaedics at Fort Hood, Texas, Chief of Orthopaedics at a 400 bed Evacuation Hospital in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm, and his final position as Chief of Orthopaedics at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
During his illustrious military career he was awarded the U.S. Army’s “A” Proficiency Designator in recognition for outstanding clinical expertise in the field of orthopaedic surgery.
Christine Decker, LVN, MBA
Licensed Esthetician
Christine has been in the medical field for over 25 years, and a nurse for 8 years. She began her career as a Certified Orthopaedic Technologist. Her dedication to patients and patient care motivated her to pursue her nursing degree. She also obtained a Master Degree in Business specializing in Health Care Management. During the years she could see the importance of overall body wellness to ensure orthopaedic wellness, and decided to develop a wellness component to our Orthopaedic Practice. She trained and became Laser Certified. She performs our laser and micro-needling procedures. She is also our skincare expert and helps find the best skincare from our products according to skin types. When she is not here you can find her anywhere in the world. She loves traveling.
Corrie Guinn
Licensed Esthetician and Lash Specialist
Corrie Guinn is a licensed Esthetician and our Lash Specialist. She specializes in lashing, lash lifts, and waxing. With a natural passion for skincare and helping others feel confident in their own skin, Corrie brings both skill and warmth to every client experience.
Though she holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Corrie ultimately chose to follow her heart and pursue a career in beauty—her true calling. Her approach is results-driven yet deeply personal, and she takes pride in creating a comfortable, uplifting space for every person she treats.
Whether enhancing lashes or revitalizing skin, Corrie’s mission is simple: to help people look and feel their best.
